Shipping service

Orders usually dispatch within one week (7 business days).

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your parcel to arrive for international shipments. Shipping estimates are only an estimate, and these schedules may vary depending on the courier and customs controls in your country.

If you are unable to add your country as the destination, please contact me so I can help check price and availability for shipping.

Packaging

Original artwork will be packed flat. I make sure all artwork is wrapped thoroughly and safe for shipping.


Certificate of authenticity

All works are included a unique certificate of authenticity with contact details and care instructions.

Postage

Postage is calculated prior to payment at the checkout and varies depending on the contents of your order and the destination of the delivery. Shipping will be executed with local post services and a tracking number will be provided. If you wish to ship with alternative couriers such as DHL or Fedex, feel free to notify me on email and I will send you an additional invoice to amend the difference in shipping fees.

Import Duty and tax

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense and has nothing to do with the artist/seller/Camilla Skye. Camilla Skye is not responsible for any custom and import duty charges that may occur.

Colours 

Please keep in mind that the colors of artwork might differ from those onscreen. I try my best to photograph all images to match the true real life colours as best as possible.
 
Copyright

When you purchase an artwork, you become the owner of the physical piece. The copyright remains with Camilla Skye. You may not rework or reproduce the image without written consent of Camilla Skye.

Return policy

If you wish to cancel and refund your order before shipment, please contact me within 24 hours and your order will be canceled. Otherwise, all sales are final and returns are not accepted

Transport Damage

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to me and to the courier. All shippings are insured and I will help open a case with you.
